Pre-Event Interview
Prior to each speaking engagement, Kristin Andree speaks with company leadership & event planners to best determine how to customize her message for maximum impact. She focuses on taking goals and objectives into account, and turns those into interactive and entertaining presentations that will leave audiences jumping to implement all they have learned.

Keynote Presentations
Keynote presentations are approximately 1-2 hours in length and are designed to deliver a powerful message to your audience in a short period of time. Kristin works to company leadership to develop goals and objectives for each keynote presentation. Her engaging & energetic personality, coupled with dynamic, interactive presentations ensures your message is delivered in a way that creates lasting results!

Half-Day Workshops
Half-day workshops are 3 - 4 hours in length and offer more time to incorporate activities centered on team-building and interactive learning. These are truly hands-on presentations and offer participants to opportunity to create strategic goals, while also allowing time for them to develop action plans around these goals. Participants leave the workshop feeling empowered and ready to accomplish the initiatives they have laid out before them.

All workshops conclude with an action planning session, to ensure participants leave the session with a solid plan to implement the ideas they have learned. Further, participants not only identify the initiatives they will implement, they also create accountability structures to guarantee nothing slips through the cracks!

Full-Day Workshops
Full-day workshops are 6 - 8 hours in length and are appropriate for any group size. These are highly customized sessions and are designed to strategically address your company’s specific growth strategies or initiatives. The extra time spent with your organization allows us to incorporate more “real-life” examples while also allowing additional time for group work, role play & plan development.

As with the half-day session, the day’s workshop will conclude with a thorough action planning session, so that nothing is left chance. Your participants WILL walk away with a ready-to-implement plan, sure to drive results!
